A little disappointed
I placed my order for 2 pairs of slippers on 12/9/25. I also paid for worry fee delivery. I tried contacting them to get the status of my order. When I finally got in contact with them they told me a pair were on back order, but surprisingly enough they shipped when I called them, as if they just order through. At no time was I notified of the shipping delay. I received them after Xmas. Then I needed to return a pair for a different size, which come to find out is not easy. My choices were to keep them and receive a discount on another pair, return them at my cost and pay for shipping on a new pair, or if I asked for a refund there would be a deduction from the return value because of the original cost of shipping. I was disappointed 1st because of the lack of communication on the delay, and secondly the explanation on returns was not ‘easy returns’. For the cost of the slippers I was a little disappointed.

Your shipping arrangements were stellar, but my package took a week-long side trip to the state of Montana before moseying down here to northern New Mexico. Not at at all your fault.
