Loss: Claim the full value of your purchase if your domestic package isn’t delivered within 30 days of fulfillment (60 days for international packages).

Arrival delay: Claim $5 if your domestic package isn’t delivered within 10 days (30 days for international packages).

Damage: Claim up to the full value of your purchase if your package is damaged in transit.

Theft (Porch piracy): Claim the full value of your purchase if your package is stolen within 7 days of the carrier’s “delivered” update.

Really great sheepskin boots I’ve been buying for more the 20 years

I recently ordered yet another pair of my favourite boots
I took a look at the size of my last pair and ordered a size 6.
When they arrived and that was very speedy delivery I was excited to open my parcel and see my new pair. They were size 6 as well as the one that I had previously, unfortunately were at least 1 1/2 sizes itoo big for me so it was not good for me to wear them because that would make me trip over. I have returned them therefore and got a partial refund. Then having looked at previous pairs that I have bought from KSI was amazed to find two different numbers on the same sized boots one said size 7 the other one size 4. So now I do not know what size to order anymore. From my favourite company, I suggest that you put something like European sizes on there, as my size is 38 and they’ve always been fine and now I’m a bit disappointed because I don’t think I’ll be able to order again until I really know what size I’m getting,
I hope that this can be sorted so that I can order a new pair before the Winter comes.
