We carry slip-on clogs and mules (such as the Josie Scuff and Loafer Clog), bootie styles that surround the ankle in plush wool, Madison and Traditional styles for extra warmth at the ankle, and sheepskin slipper socks. Each style comes in regular widths and a range of colours including our bestselling chestnut, chocolate brown, sand and pink.
How should women's sheepskin slippers fit when new?
Snug. Wool compresses slightly with wear so a brand-new pair should hug the foot rather than slide around. Don't size up just because they feel firm initially. Each product has a Footwear Sizing tab with international conversions (US, UK, EU) and specific foot length measurements.
Will sheepskin slippers be warm enough in a cold house?
Yes. Wool is one of the warmest natural insulators and the dense pile traps heat around your foot. For especially cold homes, choose a Bootie or Madison style that wraps around the ankle rather than a slip-on mule, they hold warmth in noticeably better.
Can I wear my sheepskin slippers outside?
Most styles can be worn for short trips outside, collecting the mail, taking the bins out, popping next door. EVA and TPR side-stitched soles are non-marking and handle light outdoor use comfortably. Soft hide soled slippers and slipper socks are strictly for indoors.
How do I clean women's sheepskin slippers safely?
Hand wash only, never machine wash. Use cool or lukewarm water with Woolskin Wool Wash, a sheepskin-specific shampoo that's free from enzymes and bleach. Wash separately, blot with paper towels, reshape, and dry away from sun or radiators. Light marks lift with a damp cloth.
