    Great after issues resolved !

    The sheepskin is not as plush on this model of slipper as others I have from Kiwi. Had a problem with the toe box in my left slipper.Customer service made it right at no cost to me. Stood by their commitment to quality, This pair of slippers will get lots of use in spring and fall months.My slippers with thicker fleece will get and do get lots of use in the winter.Highly recommend Kiwi and the products they stand behind. Thanks for the great service!

    Poor Quailty

    waited a long time for slippers, left one has little to no sheepskin on the outside edge of the toe box area leather feels very thin, I can feel stitching along the inside of the toe box. Return shipping to NZ from the USA is a nightmare, I feel the quality of Kiwi has dropped badly in the last 5 years when I ordered 3 pairs of slippers one to big had to give away because of return shipping cost nightmares, Did give me a discount on smaller size to reorder. Will have to think about ever shopping Kiwi again. Prices are so high quality not as should be .Very sorry I really loved my past orders,not this time.Feel I just threw $105.00 away hard to wear when one slipper so uncomfortable!

    These slippers are so comfy. When I slide my bare feet into them, they are so soft and cozy. I bout three different models for Christmas gifts, and all the recipients are likely to be lifelong customers!
