Great after issues resolved !

The sheepskin is not as plush on this model of slipper as others I have from Kiwi. Had a problem with the toe box in my left slipper.Customer service made it right at no cost to me. Stood by their commitment to quality, This pair of slippers will get lots of use in spring and fall months.My slippers with thicker fleece will get and do get lots of use in the winter.Highly recommend Kiwi and the products they stand behind.
