Amazing customer support service

I wanted a shorn sheepskin for my 8week old grandson visiting us in Wellington for the first time, but I accidentally bought an unshorn one. I contacted customer support as soon as it arrived and they immediately responded. I returned it and within just a few days I had the replacement delivered with time to spare before my daughter arrived. The communication during and after the correct delivery was a combination of professionalism with a wonderful personal touch not seen much these days. I would highly recommend the baby sheepskin, it’s such good quality and feels so luxurious. My little grandson has been using it daily and we’re all very impressed with it.

I bought Bowron baby sheepkins for all my babies 40 years ago, and now I have gifted a sheepskin to each of my grandchildren as well(I have 12) for their baby shower present. Such a beautiful continuity and I wouldnt be buying them if they weren't such consistently good quality. (NB my girls were thrilled)
