Short Wool

Each Babycare Sheepskin retains the beautiful natural shape of the sheepskin, so no two rugs will be exactly alike.

Long Wool: approximately 81–94 cm (32–37 inches) long × 56 cm (22 inches) wide.

Short Wool: approximately 81–94 cm (32–37 inches) long × a minimum of 48 cm (19 inches) wide.

Because genuine sheepskin is a natural product, slight variations in overall size, shape, wool length and texture are completely normal and part of the character of each rug.

• Use cold or lukewarm water


• Use a detergent specifically formulated for genuine sheepskin


• Avoid ordinary household detergents containing enzymes


• Do not use bleach or fabric softener


• Allow the sheepskin to dry naturally away from direct sunlight and heat


• Do not tumble dry or place directly beside a radiator or heater

For the best care of genuine sheepskin, we recommend our Woolskin Wool Wash Sheepskin Shampoo, specially formulated to gently clean sheepskin while helping condition the leather.

While the sheepskin is still damp, gently stretch and reshape the leather by hand to help maintain its natural flexibility.

Once completely dry, gently brush the wool to help restore its softness and natural appearance.
