Great patience needed but the product is good

Initially there was little information and I was fairly convinced that it was a scam. Eventually I got a communication as to say it was coming but there was no information about which carrier or when the delivery would happen
The Morton’s took 2 weeks to arrive and are very stiff but very warm . Eventually I will be able to move my hand when I am wearing them at the moment they are to still
